Other reports identifies that exacutive as Meg Gilbert Crofton. she will become the first female ever chosen to head that position.
The Chairmain of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Jay Rasulo has said that she was picked for her Leadership experiance, in-depth knolage of the orgenazation and for her passion for the Disney cast members.
Formaly an HR exacutive at Disney Crofton has an extensive experiance with more then 27 years filling many diferant positions at Disney.
The current position will put her in charge of about 57,000 Disney cast members.
